Policies

Storage runs on a 6 month to 12 month term.  The month begins on the day of the month you sign your storage contract, and will be pro-rated for the month.  Storage is prepaid and due prior to your
anniversary date.  Pay in advance for a minimum of 6 months.  Or pay for a full 12 months to receive a 15% discount. Drive through spots are available for an extra charge.  For your protection, we provide you with a written storage agreement.  We require a $50.00 deposit on a key fob that operates the gate, this fob will only work if the storage contract is in good standing and has been paid.

Reservations on a first come first serve basis, your name will be placed on a waiting list, in the order that your deposit was received. Effective immediately we will start taking key deposits that will “Officially Reserve your Space”.  This is the only way that we can guarantee your spot.
